College Program participants are recruited from over 200 colleges and universities nationwide to spend a semester working at The Walt Disney World® Resort. Interview selection is based on those who have the passion, personality and desire to learn from one of the most influential companies in the world. Once selected, you will be invited to come live on our corner of the world the rests on 47 square miles just down the road from Orlando, Florida.

The Walt Disney World® College Program is a unique educational, work, and interpersonal relationship program specially designed to increase practical knowledge of the entertainment and hospitality industry. Students must receive academic credit or recognition from their respective schools to be considered. Students must also be currently enrolled full-time and in good academic standing. Eligible candidates include first-year students through graduating seniors.
